When the client reached out, they already had a website and a Google Business Profile.

The problem was that neither was generating a steady flow of leads.

Despite offering quality plumbing services in a competitive market, the business wasn’t getting the visibility it deserved. Potential customers were searching every day, but competitors were getting most of the calls.

The client’s goal was straightforward.

My Initial Audit

Before making any changes, I audited both the website and the Google Business Profile.

Several issues became clear.

The services listed on the website didn’t fully match the services on the Google Business Profile. This created mixed signals for Google.

Important service pages lacked enough information to compete with top ranking businesses.

Local relevance across the website was weak.

Technical SEO issues were affecting crawling and indexing.

The website structure also wasn’t helping Google understand which services the business wanted to rank for.

Rather than jumping into backlinks, I focused on fixing the foundation first.

The Google Business Profile became the starting point.

On Page SEO

Instead of creating unnecessary pages, I improved the existing service pages.

Technical SEO
